Who We Are
From humble beginnings God has chosen to grow his work for "the least of these" in Nigeria. Nigerian nationals John and Esther Omale brought their story and burden for the widows and children of their homeland to Alberta, Canada in 2008. Together with a small group of local friends and acquaintances, they formed what has become Gilgal Women and Children Ministry International. John and Esther currently pastor Cornerstone Mountain Assembly Church under which the ministry is currently administered.
Since 2008, the Gilgal ministry has expanded to include three schools, serving over 560 students and serves to be a bridge between Canada and Africa; giving the two societies an opportunity to be a blessing to each another.
