By the special grace of God, Gilgal International, in partnership with Cornerstone Mountain Assembly Church/ and the people of the Gwynne community, is building a new Gilgal group of schools. in a village not too far away from our other two;locations.
Below is one of the many reasons why the Lord, has laid it on our hearts to do this. God bless you, as you, prayerfully think of how you can partner with us.
GILGAL SUPPORTERS AND PRAYERS PARTNERS:
Calvary Greetings brothers and sisters in Christ. I want to first, of all bless God for your lives, your love and support for the vision the Lord has committed into our hands.
It is our prayer that your Labour of love in the kingdom of God shall not go unrewarded in Jesus' mighty name.
The Lord will not forget your acts of kindness to the widows, orphans and the less privileged in our society.
I am writing to inform you about what the Lord has impressed in our hearts to do this season. We are stepping out in complete and total dependence on the Lord to build a new school and a church in a community that has no school of any kind at all.
Presently the children from this village have, to trek for about 5 kilometres one way, every day to go to the nearest government school, which is nothing to write home about.
Can you, imagen for a moment your, 3–17-year children or grandchildren trekking a total of 10 kilometres every day to school.
Think about that for a moment, and you will agree with me, that this project is urgently needed.
This school when completed by the grace of God will serve about three or more surrounding villages, same as the church plant.
In my prayers for this new assignment, I had a strong impression in my heart to step out in faith and do something completely different. I felt in my spirit to ask for 4000 souls as part of this project.
We already have 4000 blocks/bricks on the ground. It was that number that staired my spirit to start praying for 4000 souls.
(1 Samuel 10:26-: Saul also went to his home at Gibeah, and with him went men of valour whose hearts God had touched.)
Please join us in praying for The Lord to send us men and women whose hearts He has touched to join us in this great salvation Project 4000.
Send us the names of your family members and friends you would want to see saved in these last days so we can write their names on a block. It is going to be one block, one soul.
We are going to be raising an altar of deep and intentional intercession both here in Canada and Nigeria and ask as many as feel led to join us, in praying for the salvation of Project 4000.
We will be praying for the salvation of 4000 souls to be credited to our heavenly account.
We ask for your prayers, and we pray the Lord will put a burden on your spirit for souls.
We also need your support in any way the Lord touches your heart to support this salvation project.
